Criteria for Admission
- Local applicants who seek admission to Amoud University must first pass the General Secondary School Certificate conducted by the Somaliland Ministry of Education.
- Applicants who hold General Certificate of Education (GCE) or equivalent from recognized educational institutions will have their certificates examined and approved by the Academic Committee.
. Transfer Students
Students transferring from other universities are required to bring with them official transcripts from their universities. The acceptance will be subject to the approval of the University Academic Committee.
Registration and Tuition Fees Requirements:
(a) Tuition Fee per Semester:

$ 250 for students enrolled in the
Faculty of Medicine & Surgery.

$ 200 for students enrolled in degree
courses other then Law and sharia degree which is
$150.

$ 120 for students enrolled in Diploma
Programs.

$ 75 diploma in arabic (1 years)
(b) Registration Fees
- $5 non-refundable fee for processing all applications.
- $3 Student ID card registration fee.
